  Service at this place is very disappointing, they make you rush for your order. Don't asks for app rewards, I needed to make a meal with my sub but lady at the cash was so in hurry before I figure what is happening she had the payment ready. Didn't ask for meals. Despite of saying to add guacamole and shredded cheese she be like nope dear you never asked for it. What you mean, you are so busy making food, you are not listening to your customers. And Despite of asking for the chess 2nd time she again missed to put the chees in it. The only good lady I found working here is an Indian lady short heightened, usually work at night. I love when she is there she actually listens and makes the order the way you like it. Ask for extras and offers a great service.

  Stopped because of the great deal they had on foot long sub sandwiches. It wasn't bad, and was a very good value. Service was good. The dining room was not very pleasant because most of the tables weren't clean, there was some water on the floor, and we are not fans of hard rock music.

  Went in drivethru placed order, went to window waited 15 minutes, honked horn no response, Backed up to intercom and asked about sub, misses says”I forgot”. How can you forget an order when there was nobody in restaurant. Went back to window, still no sub, I decide to go in and she says” here you go, no charge”. I placed an order and was capable of paying for order, not to be forgotten. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Couldn’t and can’t believe it. Mixing up an order is one thing, but to place it and be “forgotten”, that’s something else.
