  Completely disrespectful and insulting customer service. Today I was there with my family to get two footlongs. I was there around 3:30pm the lady was there totally rude. She doesn’t know how to use online coupons and expired my vouchers without being I used. Her attitude was terrible, firstly she wasted our time while applying the online coupons and then she said her system is hacked 😅 and your coupons are expired. Then in her own way she said, “place an order if you want I have other works to do “which is completely disrespectful to the customers. I felt really awkward and uncomfortable. I request the manager to provide customer service training to your staff, how to treat and respect customers.

  Service was decent. Lettuce was brown, cucumbers were soggy. Not 'fresh' as I would appreciate and pay for.

  Loved my teriyaki chicken sub, but the seating was horrible.

  Dirty store, incompetent staff. The tables were filthy, and when I asked a employee to clean them they gave me attitude. Subs were also mixed up with another customers who already left the store so I had to get my sandwich remade. Do yourself a favor and go else where for lunch. last time I will be going to this dump.
