  Worst experience ever. The employees were extremely rude. We placed an online order and arrived at the drive-thru about 15 minutes later. The employee told us it takes 20 minutes to prepare online orders. We politely asked if they could make it as soon as possible, but he rudely replied, “It takes time. I’ll make it accordingly.” When we asked for his name, he refused and said, “I don’t give my name.” During the interaction, he also spoke to us in an abusive and disrespectful manner. His attitude made us feel unwelcome. At one point, I even felt like saying, “If you don’t want to work, then you should leave,” because of how unprofessional the behavior was. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location.

  Very rude staff! A lady was working, as soon as we entered in the store, she said, what can i get for you? not even a little smile on the face!! we kindly asked her to change the gloves before starting because we are pure vegetarians, very rudely she replied: okay but what do you want? We said veggie patty, she went to check whether they have it or not! Fortunately they had but frozen so she tell us rudely again that it will take time, i will let you know when it’s ready. We decided to wait first but then we changed our mind so i called her many times to let her know that we don’t want anything but she was very focused in talking with other coworker! So we just left! Never coming back to this location again.

  They make the best sandwiches in the city. I would definitely recommend their sandwiches. The customer service was top notch as well.

  Always enjoy going to this location, the staff there are great and always friendly. Food is great and they make sure you get what you paid for. 🙂
