  The worst subway experience I have ever had. I needed to use restroom and was barked at I couldn’t use it unless I ordered. I’m not a skeet off the street and even then she was a witch! So I went to buy a Pepsi and u can’t even take it out of the cooler before u pay for it. Signs everywhere, no this and no that’s. Clearly they r having problems but there is a way to speak to people and the manager there was not nice at all. I can see why the ratings on this store is very poor. My issue is the nasty nature of this manager and how she speaks to customers. Terrible.

  Absolutely disgusted with this store. My family frequents this place at least twice a week. It wasn’t bad enough that they took out the grill that my husband loves but tonight was told that the sauce has to be placed on the bottom of the sub and not over the veggies. Rest assured we will never be back.

  I had a really disappointing experience today. I ordered two Veggie Classic footlongs, and the sandwiches were made very poorly—everything was messy and falling apart. On top of that, the employee was quite rude and didn’t seem willing to answer my questions properly. It honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was getting the food for free rather than paying for it. Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. Would not suggest going there.
