  The old lady who always in morning she need to learn some etiquette and manners to speak with customers, i just ask for tissues she said i already put one in bag like seriously one.

  I have to order something before I can use washroom insane I guess everyone wants to wash their hands and like to use the washroom first before eating something that’s common sense

  I understand this subway is not in the best location of town but decided to give it a try as it was convenient for me on route for my business travel. I mobile ordered and went inside to the pickup area to grab my order/ let them know I was here understanding it may not be ready. I walked in and my exact words were good afternoon Im here to pick up an order for Brandon. The employee responded with not yet take a seat theres others in line more than you here. Safe to say that was already enough to not get me back. I quickly stopped to the restroom while waiting and when I came back out to grab the meal. The employee slapped the sub on the pickup shelf instead of passing it to me directly infront of her. Miserable staff and poor location.

  The worst subway experience I have ever had. I needed to use restroom and was barked at I couldn’t use it unless I ordered. I’m not a skeet off the street and even then she was a witch! So I went to buy a Pepsi and u can’t even take it out of the cooler before u pay for it. Signs everywhere, no this and no that’s. Clearly they r having problems but there is a way to speak to people and the manager there was not nice at all. I can see why the ratings on this store is very poor. My issue is the nasty nature of this manager and how she speaks to customers. Terrible.
