  2nd time made my sub this evening 8pm watch guy make it cold cut veggies. He was making other one for drive thru steak barq sauce pickles no supper for me took a bite couldn't do it so full sub going back Hamilton Ave store by village mall. Couldn't leave bring it back tonight This 2nd time chicken ranch bacon wrap. Got home no chicken on it at all or bacon What hell too expensive for wrap i didn't go back thru it out . Price go up gets less less meat now not right sub at all . Make it people. Vending machine it is thanks subway. Not happy costumer Go try different location.

  I come here every week when I work double shifts and the staff are always so wonderful! They know my order before I even get up to the front and they always make it just right. Ghofran always makes sure to stop over and say hi and ask how I’m doing when he sees me come in. On long work days this is always one of the highlights of my day. Highly recommend this location ☺️

  I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Gurjot Singh. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. He took the time to prepare my order perfectly and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like Gurjot make customers want to come back. Keep up the outstanding work!

  I was disappointed with my experience. The employee seemed very focused on the drive-thru when we entered, and I felt like the customers inside the restaurant weren't getting much attention. The communication wasn't very friendly, and the customer service could have been much better. I understand it can get busy, but acknowledging customers and providing a welcoming experience goes a long way. I hope the team can work on balancing both the drive-thru and in-store customers, because I believe they can do better.
