Ate here for first time and it was love at first bite! Best burgers I ever had (and I have had tons over the years). Never a disappointing experience and they remember customers after a couple vists.

I mean its alright. Milkshake was the best part. Fries really good. Burger was too... American? If that makes any sense. Too much going on lol but to each their own. This was my experience.

A table of staff, assume they were staff wearing 5 Guys uniforms, were very loud, yelling over the music. Made the visit less than stellar. For some reason, the kitchen staff were cooking one order a a time. Understand making orders fresh, but with 3 orders waiting, cooking one burger at a time is not very efficient. I expect far better from 5 Guys, some training on professionalism and effective work habits are my suggestions.

Best burgers and shakes (especially unlimited toppings), but a bit pricy if ordering online, the burgers and shakes are a bit more expensive there
