  Five Guys in Avalon Mall is a solid go-to when you want a no-nonsense burger that actually hits the spot. Staff are great—friendly, fast, and keep everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. A good ordering tip: a “little bacon cheeseburger” comes with one beef patty, while a regular bacon cheeseburger comes with two patties—so order based on how hungry (or ambitious) you’re feeling. Definitely add grilled green peppers for extra flavour. The Cajun fries are a must, cooked in peanut oil and always perfectly seasoned. And yes, the free peanuts are there too, because self-control is optional here. Portions are generous, burgers are juicy and customizable, and it’s consistently satisfying every time. Simple, reliable, and dangerously easy to “accidentally” over-order.
