  Got an email for buy 2 get one sub Free. The email would not let me order online. Went to the store and asked the guy at the beginning if I could get one free with purchasing 2. He said, yes. Proceeded to make my 3 foot long subs. Got to the register and was told It had to be done online. Took out my phone and showed him the email and that it would not work. And asked if I could get the special. He said, no. I will be calling a manager to follow-up with this. The subs were also different and not marked, and had to take them apart to see which was which. They don't look very appealing now. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of professionalism at the store.

  Got a Doordash order from this location, got 3 items and all 3 were wrong in some way. I don't recommend this location.

  While the food was great, even though a lack of bread options were available due to a busy period. However, the lack of asking of their rewards was disappointing. While I was completing the part of toppings, the other person with me was at the cash, and did not ask regarding rewards in which would have consisted of a large discount. Very disappointed in their service.

  Asked for a gluten free bun, she asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, she asked what I wanted on it and I said all the veggies but nothing with gluten. I went to eat my sandwich and she had covered the sub in crispy onions which are unfortunately not gluten free so if you're celiac, maybe skip this location.

  I ordered twice from this location online and both the times, my orders were prepared wrong, instructions were not followed properly! Tried calling the store multiple times, but no answer! Service was not upto the mark unfortunately.
