  Server was ignorant. Over half the vegetables were clean empty, the two employees got in an argument. I specifically requested the meal of the day and I requested to the employee twice already that is what I would like, and still proceeded to forget that I wanted a meal. After all that, still charged me full price and threw the cookies in my direction, which almost fell off the paying table. Quite honestly my worst subway experience ever.

  Eric Brown waited on us, the service was excellent, the subs were exactly what we wanted. The establishment was spotless. Couldn't be happier! He get 5 stars from us!!

  TO THE OWNER OF THIS SUBWAY: My 5 star rating is really for the young man who was alone serving behind the counter. Even though there were quite a few clients waiting to be served, he kept his cool, was very professional, very pleasant, was very apologetic towards clients who were waiting to be served. Myself and another client told him he was doing a fantastic job and he replied that he loved his job. You are very lucky to have such a conscientious worker. He’s definitely a keeper!!

  I saw Ceren Kurt leave a harsh review and I just had to say something, the girl told her to call corporate and Ceren just kept at her and while the “blonde worker” told her she was being rude and told her repeatedly to call corporate. Ceren decided it was okay to get even louder and harsh with a little girl right behind her watching all this. If I was that worker I wouldn’t have been as professional dealing with that as she was! Some people need to get a gripe!

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. We placed and paid for an online pickup order, waited about 20 minutes, and then went inside to ask about it because nothing was ready. The blonde-haired employee at the counter said she could not see the order and refused to help us at all, even though the order was clearly showing in the app and the payment had already been taken from my bank account. When we asked who we could contact for help, she simply said she didn’t know. Mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to help was unacceptable. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
