  I am very disappointed in a restaurant I loved for years. The changes made to some of the menu items were very disappointing. I use to love the deluxe potatoes. New ones are not worth my drive or the money. Supervisor on shift today was very unprofessional and only refunded part of my meal . Plus very young staff acting foolish. After years of loving Arby's my experience today has ruined it for me . We will not br returning.

  I hate to complain in a review like this but I've had a handful of separate occasions that I've ordered a junion beef and cheddar at the drive thru only to get home and find a dry, cheese sause free sad looking just roast beef on a dry bun. I can't even imagine this gets intentionally ordered very often so for it to be assumed as what the customer must want just seems crazy to me, it's very frustrating because I was expeing to get home and have a nice dinner but isntesd just had sadness that I didn't even eat. Adding an edit Becuase I forgot to mention the staff are always super friendly.

  For those who enjoy it, Arby's is the perfect restaurant. For everyone else there is a BK next door.

  Love Arby's. Staff is friendly, prices good, food was good!
