  Ordered a sub that had triple cheese in the drivethru self checkout. I knew they weren't going to understand. The machine barely seems to understand the concept of triple cheese. I get to the window and specifically ask if there's triple cheese. She keeps telling me the price. Im not asking about the price. Does the sub have triple cheese? She's says its $3.00 more. I explain to her that the extra cheese charge is already charged. She's confused an has to go ask somebody. She brings back a receipt and I show her on the receipt that its already charged. She then seems to get it and brings it to whoever is making the subs. I say thanks, pay, go home and theres double cheese. So the other employee pretended to put more cheese. It this how ridiculous you guys are? Good look. Never going to this location again. Customers expect to receive what they pay for. If you charge for something you dont provide. That's fraud. It might be 2 extra slices of cheese but that isnt the the point. It shows a lack of integrity. Do better.

  There’s a gentleman who works here at this subway and he could not possibly put any less effort into his job. Doesn’t ask questions, just stares at you. He’s lazy, rude and careless. Brutal. Which sucks cuz this subway was always so solid until recently..

  I've gotten hundreds of subs in my life, and this is the best looking and tasting sub I have ever seen. Very friendly as well! Top notch subway!

  I drive out of my way just to go to this subway! They are all amazing. Clean/ welcoming/ friendly. So kind the atmosphere is like no other place I have been too! My food is made perfect ever time. 💜
