  Grew up in Hampton and getting subway as a treat. Never have I ever came across this , black hairs in the sub while me and my wife were halfway through eating it, nearly puked and she did . 30$ for a hair sandwich. Absolutely disgusting , couldn’t even call a the website number to complain

  Very disappointed with my last order. The bread was dried out and little to no veggies on the sub, what tiny sprinkle of lettuce was brown. I ordered through the app for pick up

  Order messed up twice in a week. First time it was resolved well. Second time was tonight. Worker at drive thru didn't listen well and I asked for ketchup & mayo for my sauces, but got mustard instead of mayo. Good thing I am not allergic to mustard. Also, tried calling a few times but no one answered the phone. Up until this past week, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. So disappointing.

  Excellent Services 2 weeks ago then this week the server was busy doing a online order and working at a sloths pace, clearly not wanting to take my order. Once the other server was done with drive thru they made mine and probably 2 others before the first was done with 1 online order.

  My spouse and I were passing through and stopped at this subway. He ordered for me while I went to the bathroom. These are pictures of the woman's bathroom. This is extremely disgusting. This looks like a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in weeks or longer. There was no paper in the bathroom to actually prove staff members even check off cleaning the bathroom. When we arrived there was barely anyone in there and more than one staff member. If the bathrooms look like that, I can't imagine how they clean the kitchen or anywhere else in there.
