  We have always gone to the subway on bishop and had no issues. Yesterday Saturday September 19th was the worst!!!! We ordered the same subs that we always do but when we got them they were made completely wrong, we had vegetables we did not ask for and some that we said we did not want. We thought we had some else's order. So we went back and told them about the mistake and ordered the ones we wanted, when they gave them to us they even told us which one was which and once again when we checked them they were made wrong again! So once again we went back but went inside this time and got them made, I was so pissed by this point. To have a mistake happen twice is too much, be a while before we go there or recommend it!

  I went through drive thru tonight to try the new grilled chicken. The server was pleasant but lengthy in taking our order. I asked to have my sub toasted, I got home and went to bite into it and the bread was as hard as a rock. I am not sure if the bread was older and toasting it made it worse? I ate the chicken out of 1/2 and the other is sitting on the table beside me. My friend got a roasted chicken sub not toasted and his was great. I wanted to pass the feedback along.

  Quick and friendly service. I have a bit of a custom specific order that I get each and every time which involves changes to one of the menu subs build and the workers here are always perfectly kind about making the substitution for me.
