  Huge shoutout to all 3 lovely young women working on August 8th at lunchtime! They handled so many of customers and multiple online orders quickly.. with care for special instructions as well Our food was delicious and they kept going with smiles on their faces. 10/10 recommend this location and amazing staff

  Great service! The lady who prepared my order went above and beyond. My original order wasn’t available, so she left a note explaining the substitution and even included a free cookie. Such a thoughtful gesture and excellent customer service. Thank you!

  I got a Veggie Patty Sub and I should have just left the veggie patty off. I wasn't thrilled with it. It was a bit bland and not warm enough either. One thing that really gets me at Subway is having to pay extra for a little bit of avocado after telling them to leave the cheese off of my sub because I'm vegan. I'm sure the two closely equate money-wise. The lady who was working the counter was very friendly and cheerful. I always appreciate being able to get tap water without having to pay extra as well rather than being forced to buy a drink from the cooler

  I dont know why this place is so much worse than the Southside location but ive ordered three times from this location and it is always DISGUSTING. I think this time I finally learned my lesson. Pepperoni that has oxidized, stale bread, and so much sauce that it leaked onto my car seat. Last time I also got stale bread but the cheese was oxidized that time.I dont understand how the experience can be so different when the Smythe street is so close. If you want Subway go to Smythe or Prospect avoid this place at all costs. Staff were nicd
