I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I placed my order approximately an hour in advance, yet when I arrived, the order was still incorrect. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is convenience and accuracy, and neither was delivered.
When I entered the restaurant, there were no employees inside to assist customers. Instead, employees were outside the restaurant giving each other piggyback rides while they were supposed to be working. This was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the store.
To make matters worse, when an employee finally handed me my order, she immediately left before giving me any opportunity to check that everything was correct. She went right back outside, where the employees continued their horseplay.
Between the incorrect order, lack of staff presence inside the restaurant, and unprofessional behavior during work hours, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope management addresses these issues and improves accountability and customer service at this location.

The restaurant was clean. I love the decor. It was my first visit to the new location. We went Monday at 1:00 pm. There were 3 people ahead of us. There was only 1 staff member in the entire restaurant! We were 30 minutes getting our subs. We only had 45 minutes for lunch break and we spent 30 minutes in line. I got a 6 inch and was charged for a 12 inch. I did get a refund. The fountain machine was not working so had to pay more for a bottle of soda. The potato chips expired in March, but they were better than the other ones on the rack that expired in February. The young lady working just kept working away at a steady pace. I felt sorry for her. The line never stopped all the time we were there. The sub was just ok. It certainly didn't entice me to want to return.

Placed an online order that was not ready when indicated and they continued to serve in-store customers while I had wait 20 minutes past when my order was to be ready.
