  I had an amazing experience here. Usually I feel very awkward in these settings but the person working there was very sweet. I don’t remember his name but he was very friendly and helped me with picking out stuff for my sandwich. And it was the best one I’ve ever had.

  I had a refund issue after my Subway order was cancelled because of a technical problem. Even after waiting five days and contacting my bank, I still had no resolution. I then reached out to Subway and spoke with Supervisor Christi. She went above and beyond to help. Instead of simply escalating the issue to the technical team, which would have taken even longer, she personally made sure I received my refund so I didn’t have to wait for weeks. I have worked in customer service across different industries, and I can honestly say this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Christi showed genuine care, professionalism, and a real commitment to helping the customer. Subway is fortunate to have a supervisor like Christi. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Thank you, Christi!

  App no longer works in Canada. Stores started cancelling online orders for no reason. Almost impossible to do anything online anymore in Canada.

  I always enjoy going to Subway, I feel like I am making a better food choice as opposed to fast food buger restaurants (which I do Love) I like the menu choices, I am a big fan of Bacon on anything. I like the toasted buns and I like almost all the veggies, just not the really hot peppers, the banana peppers are ok. I usually get a turkey or chicken sandwich, or whatever is on sale. Subway is not as cheap as McDonald's, so I don't go as often, but I consider it a treat. I love the cookies and the lemon iced tea. I usually get the footlong because the six inch is just not enough, but I've always wished they offered an 8 inch sub, which I think would be perfect.
