  We arrived pretty late, starving! Harshil was very accommodating, and helpful. The place is very clean and lots of options even that late in the night! They seem to accommodate a lot of allergies and preferences. My only suggestion maybe providing corn tortillas ❤️ the music is always so fun too ☺️

  Delicious food 😋 Awsome service Great staff. Lively Music. And most important I am in love with Mucho sized burrito . I have asked steak as my protein and First ever mucho asked me how would you like your steak to be done and this guy name Mike knows what he is doing here my steak was cooked exactly i asked for. Give him raise. 🫡 I ll be your Regular customer from now on.

  I recently visited Mucho Burrito and had a great experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service… Everything was prepared nicely and the portions were great. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Mexican food. I’ll definitely be coming back

  Honestly, one of the best burrito places in town! 🌯 The food is always fresh, portions are great, and everything is packed with flavor. The staff are also super friendly and provide some of the best service I’ve had. You know a place is good when you finish your meal and immediately start thinking about when you can come back 😂 Definitely recommend Mucho Burrito if you’re looking for good food and great service. 5 stars for sure!

  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito Moncton We visited Mucho Burrito around 9:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We understand that we arrived somewhat late, but that should not mean customers receive poor-quality food or unacceptable customer service. We ordered several items, but the food was not prepared well. There were already very few ingredients left in the bowls, and when we mentioned that the portions of vegetables being added were extremely small, the staff member simply said, “This is usually what we add.” The biggest disappointment was the nachos. They had a very unpleasant smell, and the oil seemed old and stale. When we politely brought this to the staff member’s attention, instead of addressing the concern professionally, he was rude and dismissive. He basically told us to “do whatever you want” and said we could write an email. This is not the kind of customer service anyone expects when paying for food. We are paying customers, not asking for free food, and we deserve to be treated respectfully. Mucho Burrito is a well-known franchise, and we have had good expectations from the brand. Unfortunately, the food quality and especially the attitude of the staff at this location were very disappointing. Management should seriously look into the food quality, portioning, freshness of ingredients, and customer service at this location. A late visit should never be an excuse for poor food or rude treatment.
