Sat in drive through at the window tonight after using the screen to order for 30 min without service. Store was clearly open no clue what they were doing though. Ordered three door dash last week and well was missing a pop and 2 cookies and the sandwhiches were loaded with sauce and veggies to the point they were uneatable and soggy . Seems like no matter how you order they seem to mess it up.

I waited for 10 minutes in front of the drive through area. Received no service. Honked horn in front of the window. Received no service. Went inside and was simply informed that there is only touch screen orders and management refuses to get rid of their speaker. Very poor decision from management. Won't be coming back for some time.
