  Pulled in at 9:15, they close at 10. They say theyre closed, as theres a guy in front of me waiting for his food, im blocked in, forced to wait 20 minutes for him to get his food, so I can leave. This is ridiculous, and clearly whoever is in charge does not care about the quality of effort coming out of the store, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get food, from any fast food place

  The wait time for orders is unbelievably long. It's just a joke. Don't order here—neither online nor in person.

  Consistently terrible service. Employees have no idea what they’re doing it seems. 25 minute wait for food. And they still got the order wrong. Terrible experience.

  The things I do for Taco Bell. Food, somehow, is always good. But, the service is abysmal! Self serve soda machine has no ice, and the soda is WARM. Then I go to complain and the guy exchanges my soda for one slightly colder from the drive thru area. I have never been offered warm soda here in Canada as if it was a normal thing. And the sodas are over $3.50 each! So, I paid $14 for 4 warm sodas (the two I got my kids, they had already drunk them, you know kids, they are more stoic than us adults)... That is unacceptable for such an expensive place. And I won't even comment on the look of the place (ok, I will: it looks like you're stepping into a construction site, with even a construction size fan blowing into your face while you try to eat your tacos with warm soda). Not good. Do better.

  This location has gotten worse and worse. WAIT forever to have order taken. WAIT forever to get your order. WAIT again to get order corrected. No air conditioning. No ice. Not enough staff. When will they actually do something about this ?!
