Do not waste your time or money here. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Waited nearly an hour for an online pickup order, took ages to speak to someone at the front counter despite visibly standing and waiting there. Finally got my food, and was missing items I had paid for. Overpriced for what it is.
Also lacks any sort of proper bike parking, and lacks charging outlets near tables.

My mom had ordered food and they got it all wrong. It was very soggy and just not a good taste. She did get sick from it.

Missing drink and side sauces from my order. They didnt pick up the phone after 3 calls. When i finally got through, they told me they wont refund my missing items nor give me them.

No matter whatime i ordered extra crispy chicken its always NOT AVAILABLE, taste old cooking oil, unlike at other location you can request for crispy chicken and taste good
Ordered inside through their digital system. Ran out of paper for receipt (order doesn’t go through until it prints but you’re still charged). So I tried telling staff 6-7 times. Completely ignored me and even dismissed me with their hand.
After 10 minutes someone finally helped and did the order. While I was waiting now, I asked to use the bathroom. Ignored again. Then they got the order wrong. I didn’t exchange it though, I didn’t feel like waiting anymore.
