  41 minutes for a drive thru. No English spoken due to language barrier. No food. If I can give this dump a -10 I would. This branch is terrible. Would rather starve than to deal with incompetent workers.

  Not even kidding when I say this is the worst service I’ve ever had or seen in my entire life. Every single person in the restaurant when I was there had to wait way too long and every single order was incorrect. They made my partners order and it sat in the back for 25 minutes without the staff saying anything or ever calling her name for her order. I finished my entire meal while she was waiting and still had to wait 10 more minutes while she was standing at the counter the entire time and no one even addressed her. An embarassing and pathetic experience. They need to retrain the entire staff we will NEVER come back here and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague

  Chaos. The order system isn’t user friendly, the lines are confusing. The lobby has been neglected. Pop fountain is warm and no ice (had to ask twice and they gave me my drinks from the drive through) lids are empty, no napkins. Digital order kiosks can’t be a replacement for people actually doing the work. Clearly management has decided to under staff on peak hours to save costs. Doesn’t work. Hire people.

  Honestly if you use Skip the Dishes this Taco bell is perfect because they leave their system on when they close and it says theyre open on skip and you can order food at 2AM and their system accepts the order and wastes the skip couriers time when they drive there and its closed and they have to cancel the order themselves. Passive $5 skip credit generator ☠️ dont blame me.

  I ordered from skip for a takeout order of a supreme combo. When the order was delivered the food was absolutely cold. But the main issue was with what was inside my Crunchwrap. I found strands of brown hair in my crunch wrap which is absolutely disgusting and non sanitary. Honestly done with Taco Bell after this
