  They forgot to start making our order so we waited 30 minutes for it and then even after that they messed up the order.

  Owners should be embarrassed. Wildly understaffed, I ordered 2 meals and waited for my food for 40min. When I finally got back to work to eat, i was given nachos supreme instead of fries supreme, and the cheesy Gordita crunch was filled with nacho cheese sauce instead of the “real” stuff, both DEVASTATING! Half the dining room is roped off, multiple windows smashed out/boarded up. It’s a Taco Bell, I get it, I’m not coming here for fine dining but this place is in shambles and pretty obvious ownership is cutting every possible expense to maximize profit. Maybe scrap those useless order kiosks and staff an appropriate amount of people.
