I had a negative experience at this Subway location on Saturday evening due to an employee’s lack of professionalism.
The employee handled bacon while serving another customer and then proceeded to prepare my chicken sub without changing gloves. When this was pointed out, the response was “you should have told me before,” instead of an apology or corrective action. Employee was defensive, rude, and argumentative. She even made unpleasant facial expressions throughout my order, making the situation worse.
Cross-contamination is a basic food safety standard and part of employee training. And I am not sorry to say but it is not the customer’s responsibility to remind staff of these procedures.
This behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a Subway location, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.

I have visited subway which is newly opened in outlet. I took veggie patty. It was so delicious and breads were also fresh and service is excellent provided by the staff. Everyone should go there and have a food there.Thanks

I recently visited Subway and had a really good experience. The place was nice, neat, and clean, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stop — I’d definitely come back again!
