  Richa the assistant manager doesn’t even know the difference between chipotle and ranch. Learn your sauces before becoming an assistant manager. And instead of admitting that she made the sandwich wrong she just ignored me.

  I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit on Tuesday, September 22 at approximately 5:53 p.m. There were no other customers in the store. One employee was working on an online order while another employee was in the back. I waited more than three minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. I eventually asked the employee, Palak, if there was someone available who could assist me. I was told no, as she was completing orders. I asked if she could call the other associate for assistance, but she declined. Customers should be acknowledged when they enter a store, even if an associate is occupied. If an online order is going to take more than a couple of minutes, there should be an awareness that another customer may need assistance and another associate should be called when available. This experience was disappointing and came down to basic customer service: awareness, acknowledgement, and showing care for the customer standing in front of you. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to reinforce those expectations with the team.

  Amazing experience at Subway! The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Highly recommend this Subway!

  Hi, I was there around 1:30 to 2 o’clock afternoon on August 11 and the manager. Jessica was extremely rude. She don’t know how to talk to the customer she was extremely rude and not have smile on her face . She was very unpleasant . I will never go back to that location
