  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Amneet and Prabh. They were both friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. They prepared my order carefully, kept everything fresh, and made sure I was satisfied. Their positive attitude and professionalism made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Amneet and Prabh, for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!

  This was my first time visiting this Subway, and before coming I checked the reviews. I was honestly a little worried, but my experience was completely different. The staff were friendly, respectful, and worked hard to serve everyone quickly. My order was made exactly the way I wanted, and everything was fresh. I think some people forget that fast-food employees work under pressure and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Based on my visit, I have no complaints and would definitely come back. Great job to the whole team!

  Worst customer service ever at this location. After reading the reviews which I wish I did before coming here as I would of just went to A&W instead. Ignorant workers who literally threw a piece of paper towel on my tray instead of a napkin after i finished paying. The attitude of the workers definitely need an adjustment. And speaking and giggling in a second language while taking orders is very unprofessional as well. I suggest avoiding this location and choose one of the other fast food places in the food court. I will be forwarding a complaint to the head office as that was extremely ridiculous to experience.

  The staff was very polite, patient, and quick with the service even during busy hours. A special thank you to Amneet, Muskan, and Komal for their friendly nature and amazing customer service. They were very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Truly appreciate their hard work!
