  Was disappointed today to attend this location for lunch. Asked for my regular sub on gluten free bread due to an allergy. This location advised that they dont have. Not sure why, when other locations across the city seem to. Ended up at the Donald & Broadway location a few blocks away because they have the gf bread. Please correct this.

  I literally just left this location. This is my 3rd or 4th time and your service and portion size is always underwhelming but I go there because it's thw closest to where I work. Today's was the worst and will be the last. Imagine having a 30 minutes break and I placed an order 15 minutes before my break because I know they are always slow. Only to get there and used up my entire 30 mins and more waiting for them to make one rice bowl. One lady was preparing the meal and the other would not stop cleaning the tables over and over again even though we were 5 or 6 waiting for our food. Why she didn't pause the cleaning to attend to customers waiting for food, I have no idea. Then comes the food. You need to see the miserable portion of rice and beef I got. I thought it was a joke. Even the veggies were miserably small even when I asked for extra tomatoes and pepper. Then she went ahead to drown it with sauce like i asked for extra😂😂. After all these,they couldn't find a lid for the take out bowl and went ahead to further waste my time looking for a lid. At this point, I lost my appetite. Handed me my food knowing fully well they wasted my time, no thank you, no apology, nothing! Y'all are very unserious.

  Saw a video couple of days ago mice were dancing at this location. Just wondering why city has not closed the site. I regret buying sub from this location.
