  The food is good the customer service is good except a few but some employees are not nice they are really rude and this kind of behaviour is not acceptable I visited to get a sub usually the staff is nice but I have a bad experience with the Punjabi girl she really arrogant

  Been about a mk th since I last visited again. Today could be my last. When did the size of the buns decrease in size. Is this to accommodate this stupid Subdog? The bun is about that size in width now. With more sandwich competition coming in the Manitoba Market, Subway will fall to the bottom of my list of choices. You pay more now for less. I'm okay with paying more for the same as I know costs go up. Shrinking sizes and paying more is not cool.

  My husband went there for lunch today and caught them putting bad lettuce on our sandwich. So he told the girl he didn’t want it so she transferred it to his sandwich. Which led to my husband, leaving the shop without the food, cause he was scared to get sick on what they were serving. Something needs to be done about these restaurants serving bad food!!

  I stopped by Subway expecting a sandwich... but somehow ended up getting a five-star customer service experience with a side of laughs! 😄 A huge shoutout to Harjas, who absolutely nailed it. Seriously, if Subway ever starts handing out MVP awards, she deserves one every single month. She made my sub with so much care that it looked like it belonged in a commercial. Every topping was perfectly placed, the portions were generous, and everything was fresh. It wasn't just a sandwich—it was a masterpiece wrapped in Subway paper. What really stood out was Harjas' attitude. She was friendly, cheerful, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You know those people who can instantly brighten your day with a smile? That's Harjas. She made me feel like I was her favorite customer... although I'm sure everyone probably feels that way because she's just that good! I honestly think Harjas deserves a raise, a promotion, or at the very least unlimited cookies (okay, maybe save some for the customers too 😂). Great food is easy to forget, but great service sticks with you, and she absolutely delivered both. If you're heading to this Subway, do yourself a favor and hope Harjas is making your sub. You'll leave with a delicious sandwich and probably a better mood than when you walked in. Thanks again, Harjas, for proving that amazing customer service is still alive and well. I'll definitely be back—not just for the sub, but for the awesome experience!

  Unfortunately similar to other reviews. Slow, unprepared staff who prioritize Skip The Dishes orders over clientele who have been standing there waiting for upwards of 20 minutes. Mind you, 20 minutes would be okay if the place was packed. Instead there were two people ahead of me in line. Ultimately a failure on the management for not staffing 3 people during their "dinner" rush so they have break coverage. Pitiful. If you have the option, drive to one of the other local subways and save yourself the headache.
