  Please take a look at your store’s security footage. I completely understand that working a full shift can be tiring, but the employee was moving unbelievably slowly, which made the customer wait time extremely long. More importantly, I saw vegetables fall onto the cutting board/work surface, and the employee simply picked them up and put them directly back into the customer’s Subway sandwich. I’m pretty sure this does not meet your food handling or hygiene standards. I hope you can review the footage and address both the service speed and the food handling practices with your staff.

  Ordered through Skip and this was the location it went to… Worst food ever! Tried the new Subdog - it was cold, dry and salty. Also so messed up with sauces that I couldn’t eat it. We also ordered a cold cut 12 inch and it was not put together the best - hardly any meat, wilted/old vegetables and falling apart. We will never go to or order from this location again 🤢

  I am meeting a friend on sat at pembina plaza location. I did eat at subway on mcgillavry near cineplex theater and had a great lunch there.

  Staff was friendly, got 4 sandwiches made in about 10 mins, wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night.
