  Ramneet is the best gave the wrong order online and had no sauces added but at the location she corrected my order on spot without any issue , very accommodating and amazing customer service

  It was 37°C on sunday July 12 and extremely humid outside, but it felt even hotter inside the store because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I felt so bad for the employee who had to work in those conditions. When I asked her why she was still working in such inhumane heat, she said her manager told her they had to continue working despite the broken AC. No employee should be expected to work in those conditions. Management needs to prioritize the health and safety of their staff. This is insane!

  Always busy but they get everyone through. Brother and I pop in if we can find a promo as we consider the food a good solid place to treat ourselves to.

  Had an issue with my order at Subway at first, but the staff handled it really well and made things right by giving me a free sub. I appreciate the good customer service and how quickly they resolved the problem. The sandwich was fresh and tasted great too. Thanks for turning the experience around!
