  Just ordered my sub at this location, and because of its location I was skeptical. “Sukreet” I think his name was when he told me rocked it. Was super kind, made my sub with heart and the place looked clean! Been here a few times and it’s shaped up.

  I've been to this Subway location many times and have always presented the "3subs" code at the counter, verbally told the staff the code, paid, and left without any issues. Today was a completely different experience. After I mentioned the code as I always do, Sri yelled from his workstation that it was "online only." I politely asked where that was stated in the terms and conditions, but instead of looking into it or trying to find a solution, he repeatedly insisted that I order online. I explained that my card doesn't work for online purchases, but that didn't seem to matter. What was most frustrating wasn't even the promotion—it was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to verify the information, check the POS system, ask a manager, or offer any alternative. I simply felt dismissed. If this promotion has changed, that's understandable. But staff should be trained to communicate those changes respectfully and be familiar enough with the POS system to at least attempt to help a customer instead of immediately shutting the conversation down. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I hope Subway provides better customer service and POS training for both Sri and Jasleen moving forward.

  I had an excellent customer service experience with Gagan at Subway 1155 Main street here in Winnipeg. She is very welcoming, very friendly and accomodating. She is very fast and my sandwich was packed perfectly.
