  I would like to share my worst experience at Subway. During our visit, two employees were repeatedly laughing at customers and making inappropriate comments. Their behavior was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable while dining in the restaurant. When we politely asked why they were laughing and making comments about customers, they became argumentative instead of addressing our concerns. We clearly heard everthing what she said We also requested to speak with a manager, but were told that no manager was available. The employees refused to provide the manager’s contact information and stated that the manager does not visit the store on a regular schedule. Customer service should be respectful and professional at all times. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location until these issues are addressed.

  The best location in my area. It’s great when Manpreet is working. She always greats me with a smile, asks me how I’m doing. She’s always making suggestions when I’m deciding on what to order. She knows how to pack up soup so that they don’t spill all over as I’ve had that happen at other locations. She’s also made more soup when there wasn’t enough for a couple bowls. She also puts on a good amount of toppings on all my sandwiches. Usually I go there after a long day, so it’s awesome having someone like her there. There is a location almost at the end of my block on Main but it’s not nearly the same. I think I’ve dealt with the manager once before, also helped with the soups.

  I had the worst customer service experience ever in this outlet. I am a bus driver who goes to this place regularly on Sundays and usually I have great service from them. But today Sunday May 31at about 10:20 am this lady who when me and my daughter entered the store didn’t even smile. I ordered 12 mini donuts for my daughter and 1 footlong veggie patty for myself. I specifically asked her if she can cut the sandwich into two and wrap them up separately. She didn’t so I corrected her and while doing it she seemed annoyed and then my daughter asked if she could have a BLT. I apologized and told her sorry but my daughter changed her mind and wanted to order more. This time she told us you should have ordered everything all at same time in a very rude tone of voice. That’s when I told her you’re going to get a bad review today coz for years that I’ve been going to that same place that’s the first time I’ve experienced that kind of service. Then she told me “ You can’t talk to me like that if you want to get your sandwich” That’s a threat right? All the other employees there are very courteous and polite and one employee even knows already my usual order. To top it all we were the only customers today at about 10:20am and I couldn’t understand why the unusually rude treatment we got from her. I hope management will do something to correct this lady’s attitude and behaviour coz you’re going to lose customers if she doesn’t change.
