  Favourite subway to go to. They always accommodate my weirdest requests and always have my many subs made very quickly. All the workers I have delt with have been very friendly and I always feel welcome. Will come here again

  I placed a mobile order for one footlong and one 6-inch sub. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing compared to my usual experiences at this location. The employee did not change gloves after preparing the previous order before making our veggie subs. We do not eat pork, so this was concerning for us. Additionally, I had provided clear instructions in the mobile order, but they were not followed correctly, and spinach and tomatoes were added to all the subs. When I pointed out that the footlong was not supposed to have spinach and tomatoes, the employee removed those toppings from the sub and placed them back into the vegetable container. This seemed extremely unhygienic. My concern is not only about our order but also food safety in general. If ingredients removed from one customer’s sub are placed back into shared containers, there is a risk of cross-contamination, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or religious considerations.

  I visited this location today and was disappointed with the vegetable portions. Despite asking for a standard sub, the server added very minimal vegetables. Even after a polite request for a bit more, the sandwich felt mostly like bread. For the price, the value just wasn't there compared to other locations.

  I visited the Subway location at 1504 St. Mary’s Road and had a very disappointing experience. The employee served old bread and the lettuce was brown and clearly not fresh. The biggest issue happened during payment. My bill was around $26, and I asked to use my Subway rewards points because I had about $35 available in my account. However, the employee told me I could only use a $5 reward and refused to apply more points. Because of this, I had to pay about $20 out of pocket even though I had enough rewards to cover the order. Very poor customer service and low food quality. I hope management looks into this situation and improves both staff training and food freshness.
