  I always have a great experience at this Subway. The staff is welcoming, quick, and really pays attention to what you ask for. The ingredients are always fresh and the store is clean and well-organized. Honestly, it’s one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to the girl working in the evening yesterday around 4:30 . I had placed an order online, but once I arrived I realized there were a couple of changes I wanted to make.The girl was more than happy to help and handled everything with such kindness and patience. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and truly made me feel cared for, something that’s rare to come across, especially in the fast food industry. Honestly,that girl might be the nicest and most genuine customer service person I’ve ever met at any fast food restaurant. Her positive attitude turned what could have been a small inconvenience into a really wonderful experience. Subway is lucky to have someone like her on their team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

  I have one suggestion regarding your closing hours. If your restaurant’s posted closing time is 11:00 PM, customers should be able to place orders until 11:00 PM. I understand that staff need time to clean the equipment and prepare for closing, but that should be scheduled after the posted closing time or managed accordingly. If the restaurant stops serving at 10:30 PM to begin cleaning, then the closing time on Google Maps and other platforms should be updated to 10:30 PM. This would help avoid confusion and disappointment for customers. I visited your store at 10:44 PM, and one of the employees told me he was already cleaning the toaster and therefore could not serve me a Subway sandwich. I believe this is something that could be improved to provide a better customer experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

  Had to ask Staff member to wash her hand after handling the til she thinks taking of one glove then using that same hand to grab a new glove is safe food handling .Lettuce was brown had to ask for tomatoes that were not mushy bread was really chewy . And washrooms are out of order
