    I love subway with a passion, but hadn’t gone in a while. My grandmother and I thought we should stop in and man it was fantastic, specially the service. She is GF and the employees were more than helpful with everything. We will definitely be returning and well done to the employees working Friday May 15th 2026 at around 5:30!

    I am extremely frustrated and feel the need to warn everyone about this location. Around 11:30 p.m. on May 7th, I came in to pick up an order. The staff member was wearing wired headphones and chatting while working—completely unprofessional! I stood at the pickup area for several minutes, and she didn't even look up or acknowledge me. I had to wait nearby while she finally started on my order. After a few more minutes, she finally spoke to me to confirm the order and told me it would be "5 more minutes." Then, a group of 7-8 walk-in customers arrived. A second staff member appeared, and the first one actually told them to prioritize all 8 of those people's orders first, pushing mine to the very end. This is a total lack of professional ethics! She kept brushing me off saying "2 more minutes" and even forgot my name and had to ask again. To make matters worse, my completed order sat on the counter for nearly 20 minutes before it was handed to me. As a delivery driver, time is money. This delivery should have been finished within 45 minutes, but it took 56 minutes because of her incompetence and terrible attitude. Working with headphones on, being distracted by chatting, and moving later customers ahead of me is unacceptable. Drivers, avoid this place at night!

    Simran and Sami were awesome. They delivered excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered six subs and they were very patient, very calm and added each and everything we mentioned. We are very happy and we believe they should get a raise. Thank you five stars to you.

    I visited tonight around 9:00 pm with my family. Waited 15 mins, 2 cook were busy with online orders. After 15 min of waiting they said they don’t have enough tuna, need to wait another 10 min. Worst service ever. Too less staff. They should close it at night for dining.
