  Tell me there is no chocolate cookies, I proceed to eat in and within 2-3 mins a fresh batch of chocolate cookies were ready, girl looked tired and not motivated to work anyway. Just tell me cookies are 2-3 mins wait next time.

  Ordered a sub at around 3:30 AM (no one around) - even waited 5ish mins to go get it, the app said it's ready, I get there and she haven't even started it- so I had to wait for her to make it- my order said extra lettuce, she sprinkled like 5 pieces on! I work night shift but will be ordering from the kenaston one before they close instead as this location sucks.

  I went in with a friend on August 26 at approximately 3 in the afternoon. I asked her to make me vegetarian from meal of the day special. The person serving was ok with it. I asked her can I pay extra to get veggie patti but the girl seemed scared and was scared to answer me. There was a Phillipine lady standing at the till who was yelling at me and very rude. She said we will give the subway this time but not next time. I told her all managers don't have issue with making me veggie sub. To which she replied in a arrogant voice in a loud manner saying well I am manager. I was so embraced to be yelled at in front of other customers. She has no people skills. She was so egotistical that she was the manager looking down at the customers. You could see the other workers were scared of her. The tables were all dirty. Floor was dirty. The tables were wobbly the table kind of leaned towards me . Not a good experience. The atmosphere was awful. The bread of the sub was hard and dry looked like the bread was old. It was hard to chew. I asked for dry onions on the side and she only filled container half. Evening manager came on and told her my experience and I had asked her what was the days managers name but she refused to tell me. She said I can't tell you her name. Nobody wears name tags. I wanted to report her to the head office. Dont come here the food is awful and service is the worst. Stay away from here.

  Great experience at Subway thanks to Manat! Super friendly, helpful, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Excellent customer service — highly recommend! 5 stars.
