  I ordered a chicken rice bowl today through DoorDash, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The portion was much smaller than expected, and instead of the selected vegetables, they added a whole chicken breast. On top of that, the bowl was heavily loaded with ranch sauce, to the point where it felt like I was eating mostly sauce rather than the actual bowl. Overall, the quality and preparation were far below my expectations. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

  I bought a 6" turkey sub and a cup of soup today. In these cheap bowls they changed to, but before I got home the whole bowl opened and went through the paper bag in a sec and poured all out on my dress/lap. It was so hot it burnt my leg. Be aware it leaks everytime in these new cups but this is the first time I got burnt with the whole soup coming on me.

  Waiting in line to get some food for me and my daughter and this guy is taking his time talking to this customer, they say something and he looks over at me for a long. Also got my order wrong, because he "didn't hear". He Such an uncomfortable situation and experience.
