  I met up with my partner for a quick lunch date. Paul was taking care of us, he did an amazing job start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. 100% changed the experience for the better. He also mentioned that today was his 19th YEAR with subway. Please someone from corporate find this post and give that man some well deserved appreciation. That is the standard that changes a quick stop for a bite to eat into a pleasant experience. Thanks Paul! Congratulations!!

  Well I decided to give them a second chance even though my first order not great. I do enjoy Subways sandwiches. This time the order was perfect. Full of lettuce, gr pepper, onion, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, selected meats for the Italian BMT along with sub sauce. Bread and all the ingredients were fresh. I wish you could get the sauce delivered on the side though, so I can add the amount I want and keep the other half sub for the next day lunch so it’s not soggy. Thanks for making a great sub. I guess you won me back as a customer.

  I enjoy the food at Subway. I did have an negative experience recently because the digital gift card was not being able to be processed at Subway stores. However, i was able to get help from Jamie who now has several Subway stores. I met him at the Grant store near Superstore and he was able to get my card to be accepted for a transaction. It tuens out that Subway employees were using the giftcard button on the cash registered when they should not have been doing so. In the app when you choose the gift card as the default payment option, all thr stores need to do is scan the app bar code and this deducts the payment off the digital card. Bottom line is thay Jamie turned by negative experience into a positive experience after dealing with refusal of the gift card at several Subway locations. Thank you Jamie. I hope that you can use this situation as a teaching opportunity for the stores. Thank you for reaching out to me. You have deminstrated true customet service and make my business at Subway, valued.
