  i’ve ordered the exact same sub for years - footlong veggie - add bacon. they usually put around 6 strips of bacon, maybe even 8 i’m not sure either way - lots of bacon because i’m paying for it. Today they gave me 2 pieces of bacon and still charged me the exact same amount as i always pay ? I very nicely questioned the difference - willing to learn that maybe they had changed their prices or something. The worker tells me that if i order a blt it’s cheaper and you get more meat. she tells me the price of a blt, and somehow it’s the same price as what she charged me? how does that make any sense. won’t be coming back to this location.

  All God except the that the trash can was just a trash can and there is no recycling bin in the can next to the entrance door. The lid supposedly separating the trash and recycling doesn't separate anything since it's one can.

  Very disappointing experience and honestly, this reflects extremely poor management. There was a long lineup, and I had to wait at least 20 minutes just to get my order. What was even more frustrating was seeing only ONE employee working and trying to handle everything by herself. I feel terrible for the employee because she was clearly doing her best, but the manager needs to take responsibility. How can management expect one person to handle a busy store, serve customers, prepare orders, and manage everything alone? If the manager thinks they can save extra money by putting fewer people on shift, they should understand that they are only creating longer wait times, unhappy customers, and an unfair situation for their employees. Cutting staff is not good management. Management seriously needs to step up, hire more people, and schedule adequate staff during busy hours. Customers should not have to stand in line for 20+ minutes because management is trying to save money on staffing. The employee deserves better support, and customers deserve better service.
