  Jas and Parvneet are always great, I'm not sure of the other employees names but they're also always great. I work right beside this location and stop by for lunch every other day. Food is good, fresh bread, sandwiches made well. 10/10 - Eric Inkster

  One of the worst subway visits I have ever had. To start off they had one person working during lunch hour. She was switching from cash to making the subs. I watched two customers before be pay and leave. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she started my sub. At this time someone finally comes to the front. Not a hello not a can I help you, zero customer service skills. She starts my sandwich and passes it off to the first girl that was working alone (the one I had to ask to change gloves). She also has zero customer service skills. She builds my sandwich and it was the messiest sub I have ever had. I wasn't able to eat it once I got back to my office. She asked the other worker what I had, I told her. She punches it in and it is almost $10 for a 6 inch sub. I quickly do the math and they tried to over charge me. I ask them why it was so high they blame it on each other for not hearing properly. If there were negative stars that would be my rating. If you value your money, time, and respect do not go here. Firehouse subs now has my business.

  Okay I’m not one to complain too much… I’ve ordered from this location from skip only 3 times. And I’m about to go in and see what’s going on in there… two of those orders I had a dry sub I asked for mayo chipotle and ranch and got zip? Are we not reading the instructions correctly I don’t understand. It’s says it clearly in my Skip what I asked for. Ig next time I’ll have to go in and persist I get sauce in there cuz how is that missed? Obviously saying “you lost a customer” don’t matter lol it won’t hurt business but it’s so frustrating when your working and you get that and I can’t just go back in at work lol so I gotta suck it up and eat it. But why is it a constant problem??? Super annoyed this is why If I want a good sub I go to Mr. Sub amazing service and they tend to your every need never an issue there. Super upsetting that this happens.

  The food itself was the ordinary subs, you know. But service... The lady with erased name on the badge had been making the food soooo slowly. We waited almost 20 mins to get it done. Being just after 2 persons at the desk. I don't remember so slow service for years, maybe

  This location was to go food point before for me, staff was fabulous and welcoming but since last month, mid-aged lady don’t know how to service the customer, always take long time to prepare the Sub. I think she doesn’t understand English also says “she’s on training”. Seriously like 1-month training??
