  I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received at this Subway location. I didn’t even ask , and the employee informed me that the dine-in area would closed at 8:00 PM, even though the store itself remains open until 10:00 PM. I understand that employees need sufficient time to clean and prepare the store before closing, and closing the dining area one or even two hours before the store closes can be understandable if that is the store policy. However, what I found particularly unnecessary was what happened afterward. When she told me , Dine-in is closed,I simply responded, “Okay,” and accepted the explanation without any argument or complaint. Despite this, the employee repeated the same message to me in Punjabi. Since I had already acknowledged and accepted what she had said, repeating it in another language felt unnecessary and somewhat disrespectful. I believe customers should be treated courteously and professionally, regardless of the language they speak. If the dine-in area closes at 8:00 PM, the policy should simply be communicated clearly once, and customers who respectfully accept it should not be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I hope Subway Customer Service reviews this experience and ensures that staff maintain a consistently respectful and professional approach toward customers. Thank you.

  This is the best Subway in Manitoba as far as I'm concerned. It starts with the staff... the weekday lunchtime crew is always super warm and friendly, they are genuinely nice people. I come in maybe once a week maybe but they always smile and say hello. They whip up some great subs too. The restaurant itself is pretty nice with big floor to ceiling windows, it's a pleasant place to sit and eat. If you like Subway, you have to check this location out.

  Ordered two- 3’ long party subs to construct a 6 foot long sub. Manager and owner were both very friendly to deal with on placing the advance order. Everything was ready on time when picking it up - complete with the extras they said would come on the side for people to customize their own sandwich (banana peppers, pickles, sauces, etc) The manager, Prabh, even helped get the order out to the car! Google Maps shows the wrong location - this is at the corner of Donald at Broadway. The address is correct online though. The bread was very soft- toppings were fresh. It was a fun novelty lunch for everyone. I would definitely recommend this location for a party sub in the future. 5 ⭐️

  Went to subway at 10 am, no coffee ready, came back at 11am, no coffee ready. Finally at 1pm, STILL no coffee. Worst location on event days like PRIDE PARADE DAY. Should have coffee ready first thing in the morning.
