  I had a great experience at Subway! The food was fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was prepared just the way i wanted. Would definitely visit again..thankyou guys

  The customer service is horrible. Neither of the regular employees understands true Canadian customer service. I have been there multiple times and at first i thought it might be just that day but no it is how they behave. No wonder anyway. People are only coming and going because they have no other options here in Virden.

  Very disappointing experience at this location . I placed an online order and was told to wait 15 minutes, which I politely agreed to. While waiting quietly to the side, I saw my sandwiches being made and only approached when they were being packed to politely ask that my three footlongs be packed separately. The employee became extremely rude, argued with me, refused to complete my order, and even said he would throw my sandwiches in the garbage. Started shouting and yelling. This was my regular Subway location, but after this unacceptable and unprofessional treatment, I will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here.
