  I’m honestly very upset about what happened at this Subway today around 11:55 a.m. I came in with my husband and the employee took my order and began making my sandwich. While she was making it, my husband asked what the Sub of the Day was. She answered him, but then completely ignored his request to order one. There was another customer behind us who appeared to be a regular. The employee already knew what he wanted on his sandwich and proceeded to take his order while my sandwich was still unfinished. She continued making his sandwich and had him pay while my husband was still trying to get her attention to place his order. At one point, the employee actually asked my husband to move aside so she could finish the other customer’s order, even though we had been there first and my sandwich was not even completed yet. My husband and I were so uncomfortable and frustrated by the situation that we both walked out without ordering his sandwich And left without mine This was not a misunderstanding. My husband was clearly trying to place his order multiple times, and he was repeatedly ignored while the customer behind us was prioritized. If management wants to verify what happened, please check the security cameras around 11:55 a.m. The entire interaction should be visible. I’m genuinely disappointed by this experience. We left feeling very uncomfortable and upset, and I hope management takes this seriously and looks into what happened.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Service from Harpreet! Had a really good experience at Subway. Harpreet @3499 was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The service was quick, the food was prepared exactly the way I wanted, and the overall experience was excellent. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Harpreet definitely deserves recognition for the great service! Highly recommended!

  Store 3499 , Harpreet was extremely pleasant and very friendly , she always makes your sandwich with a smile and always has a smile

  I visited here today around 5:20 pm and it’s really a good atmosphere, good customer service. I will definitely visit here again.
