  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered a salad, and the employee, Meaghan, put only about half a handful of lettuce in it. When I politely asked for more, she told me that it was "enough vegetables" and that it was all she could give me—even though I had ordered a salad. I decided to move on and asked for my sauce. She added only a very thin layer, and when I asked for a little more, she put on what was essentially a tiny dot before immediately putting the lid on my salad without asking if I was satisfied. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted a properly made salad and the amount of sauce I requested, I've seen lots of other bad reviews about the service here hope this gets brought up and fixed

  Matthews is the star to this subway! My five stars is towards Matthews! I have been hearing in the community how great he is at making subs, and I have had the pleasure of him making my sub for the last 4 times out of the 5 that I have been there, and he is the best that has served me at ANY Subway I have gone to. My experience starts as soon as you walk in, he flashes you that pearly white smile, greeting you as you walk in. You never have to repeat yourself, and his sandwiches are well arranged with an even consistency from one end of the sub to the other, making the sub look like the pictures they advertise. Keep up the great work Matthews, I hope you get the recognition you deserve! I feel the subway itself is short staffed, as when I do go in there I feel for that one employee with a line up behind me.
