  Ashly is being pretty rude talking to customers and isn’t willing to help and cooperate. Being the only Subway around is probably the reason why people come back to this specific place.

  Very accommodating and friendly staff. No line up in-store. Took me a while as there are so many good options to choose from! Hashim patience is superb!! Thanks for the amazing and quick service!

  Always a great experience at our local Subway in Gimli. The food is fresh, the service is friendly, and Hashim is an excellent employee who always goes above and beyond. Great job, Hashim, and keep up the good work!

  Thank you for responding, but I do not agree with your version of what happened. My complaint was not about confirming the order, the preparation time, or paying for additional ingredients. It was about the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional way we were spoken to. Arriving early does not justify disrespectful treatment. If the electric scooter was not permitted inside, your staff could have simply communicated that politely. Bringing it up now does not address the customer service issue raised in my review. You are contradicting yourself now by defending his behaviour, because on that day, you acknowledged what happened and apologized to us for the way he treated us. I was also concerned that the staff member did not change his gloves after handling bacon and ham while preparing our sandwiches. This raises a serious food handling and cross-contamination concern, especially for customers with dietary or religious restrictions. Regardless of your staff’s intention, their behaviour made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I stand by my review and hope this feedback leads to better, safer, and more respectful treatment of all customers.

  This review is based on true dining experience and I can vouch for Hashim at any time . Hashim is extremely polite and flexible to ensure the orders are delivered on time while meeting your expectations. Definitely, one of the best in my view
