  I’ve stepped foot into the subway in Beausejour for the last time. After spending shy of $40 on four 6 inch subs that barely had any meat, I’m done. I have frequented subway for long enough to know how much meat goes on the sub. We started with the cold cut. The man working out the meat on the bread and I asked where the other meat was. He said that’s all of it. I said no it’s not, so he grabs it and throws it back and grabs a new handful and puts it on and said with attitude, “it’s all the same!”(turned out once getting home it was still missing meat!). Next was a chicken bacon sub. They have a scoop for the chicken and he made it like a quarter full. They are shaped like that so you know exactly how much you’re supposed to use. Next was a blt. Supposed to have four pieces of bacon and he gave me two. I said that’s not the right amount of bacon. He then puts one more slice on it(still missing a slice) and I just can’t take it anymore. I don’t even say anything else. I take my food and go. Everyone said it tasted good but I cannot justify spending $40 on a bun with veggies and less meat than you’re supposed to get. Train your staff how to properly make the sandwiches subway. Do better!

  At Subway today. They were fairly busy. They called Jake up from the back to help who is new. He was so kind, and personable. He remembered everything we asked for. When it came to using a gift card, he just didnt know yet how to process. He turns to a man behind him (on his phone, who appears to be an owner or manager) to ask for help. The man kindly sets his phone down with a big smile to him, but also to us and walks him through it. This is how it should be for our young people learning a new job. Well done Jake, and subway team.
