    I've been to a lot of different places across Canada and the United States. This is probably one of the best. Subways you can find. Always fresh food, and the staff are great.

    Poor customer service experience. Stepped in for a late lunch after driving 5.5 hrs from Thompson on a work trip. Guy working at the counter seemed bothered it took me more than 3 seconds to request my order. Barely made it through the door and I'm given the impression I'm wasting his time. I'm the only person at the counter. Few words spoken after I placed my order. The woman working the till takes over, same demeanor. I could not list off my preferences fast enough for her. It seemed to anger her that I wasn't hyperactively listing off ingredients as fast as humanly possible. Keep in mind I'm scanning the prep table to skip the anything that looks rotten or wilted. She quickly rang up the order as I'm holding my phone with the Subway App QR code on the screen. I usually pay via the app. She quickly rang it through as a debit purchase before the app scanned. So I point out the QR code and she snaps at me: "You got your points!" as if I just ruined her day. As I sat to eat, another customer came in and both the woman and man behind the counter were overwhelmingly sweet to them, making small talk etc. A stark contrast to the rudeness I experienced. Still have no idea what I did to deserve the level of disrespect I received. Shortly after serving the last customer they sat down the back area talking and laughing amongst each other, didn't seem like there was much reason to hustle me through. Thankfully there are several other small town diners nearby that offer substantially better quality food and service.

    Changing/digital menu, okay, so ask the employee about the special for 2-12"s for 8.99 if it applies to all subs, does not understand the question and just says yes anyways... When questioned at the till about the total cost, decides to point to another poster and can't even explain it. Solid skilled workers. Good job guys.

    The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They are frequently out of bread, cheese or meat. The last time I tried eat there, there was only one tray of lettuce and it was brown and rusty. I requested fresh lettuce - I was told that is just the way lettuce is. I indicated that Subway’s slogan is “Eat Fresh”, and rusty lettuce is not fresh. I was asked (politely) to leave. I won’t be back. My wife had a sub from there a couple weeks earlier and there was plastic mixed in the lettuce. Don’t waist your time, go somewhere else.

    Been here about 8 times now.. And this is the only Subway I've been to in Manitoba where you have to order your sub with Double Meat to get the a REGULAR sub. Very VERY cheap on toppings for your sub. I only stop here when I'm desperate as a result. Will be doing some research to make a complaint to the head office, because with the prices as they are, this is pathetic.
