Employees seemed unhappy or scared to do their jobs, no greetings, no hello, nothing. I commented that to them politely, and they just had the look of shock on their faces that i've ever seen, one said something about it, but I didn't understand her English and too quietly, i just won't go back to that location. The spinach looked like it should have been thrown in the dumpster

I went to this location with my friend today. I think her name was Rita. She was so rude with me even she call 911 on me. I went here to have lunch this afternoon and I told her that I don’t want helopino and any pickle in my subway , very little mustard and mayonnaise and then I went to use bathroom. When I came back and I open it . It had helopino and pickles I told her that I didn’t want these things but she put it. Then she started arguing with me that I specifically told her to put these things in my subway. 4-5 minutes she continued arguing with me then she dump it on my friend that he told her to put helopino and pickles. But my friend age is 65 and I am 74 years old. My friend never said it because he know my choice. she was lying. Then I asked her about her name that I will give review and complaint to subway but she ran to back and remove her name tag. Then I said I will take picture of you to show to subway. And I took her picture. Then she call 911 and cops came they told me that I cannot take her picture without her permission but I can put comment. And police said to me for this small matter why I call them then I told them it was her who call you not me.she did wrong to me and my friend. From last couple of years I eat subway at this place 2-3 times a week. I come to Kelowna very often. Subway kindly take action on her. She not only rude but full of attitude. She disrespects and lying. I don’t even want to give 1 star. She doesn’t deserve any star.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere is okay, but after making our sandwiches the worker kinda just threw them into the bag. Which is a little frustrating considering we spent about $50 on food. I tried the new Italian Herbs & Cheese Lays chips, which weren't too bad but I probably wouldn't order them again and just stick with a cookie instead.
