  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I went in to order a sub and politely asked the employee (Sukhpreet Kaur) to cut the vegetables and put them into the sub. Her facial expression and attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as though my request was unreasonable. After the vegetables were added, I asked if she could push them in a little so that the sub would close properly. Instead, she simply wrapped the sub without doing so. Although I had paid for the food, the way the interaction was handled left me so uncomfortable that I no longer felt like eating the sub and ended up throwing it away. Afterwards, I spoke to another employee and asked for the name of the person who served me because I wanted to provide feedback about the experience. She said she could not provide her coworker’s name. She did offer to refund me or make a new sub, which I appreciate, but at that point I no longer felt comfortable eating from that location. I understand that employees can have difficult or busy days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management can look into this and ensure customers have a more welcoming experience in the future.

  The staff here are always friendly and keep the lunch rush moving quickly. My sandwich is always made neatly with fresh ingredients, and they actually pay attention to the details. It is a clean, reliable spot with great customer service that makes a workday lunch super easy.

  For the past three years, I’ve been visiting Subway regularly, usually every second day. But today was a big disappointment. The staff member came from her lunch break, chewing her food, and started serving customers. When it was my turn, she was eating and asking me what I wanted to order at the same time. I wasn’t even sure if she washed her hands before putting on gloves. I politely said, “Please finish your meal first, then you can take my order.” It was very unhygienic and not the kind of customer service I expect from Subway. I hope this feedback helps improve hygiene and customer service standards.
