  This was my worst experience at Subway. I have been a customer of Subway in various locations in BC for years, but I have never experienced such rudeness and disregard for hygiene. I am not a rude person, but I wanted to throw that sandwich in front of the cashier. Even when I asked for spicy sauce, she showed me the empty bottle of sauce and did not want to refill it. The two waitresses were talking to each other in a language I do not know and did not even listen to me about what I wanted to add to my sandwich. They were very dirty, disgusting and rude.

  I will always enjoy the food at Subway. Just a couple things to address at this location: a) food handlers do not change their gloves regularly. From back to the front and touching other contact surfaces and then using the same gloves to directly touch ready to eat foods. Please ensure gloves are changed after each designated task or get one food handler to only handle ready to eat foods to minimize cross contamination. This has been a repeat occurrence for me at this location. Also might be a good idea for all food handlers to take a food safety refresher course. b) I’m not a fan of being upsold on adding extra items to my wrap without being told that there’s an extra charge. This has happened to me twice now at this physical location on two separate items. I have a feeling that prices that are entered into the system are not accurate. Please ensure all up sale prices are disclosed to the customer prior to adding item onto wrap/sub.

  We stopped here for a quick bite, and the Great Canada sandwich was delicious. It was fresh, well-balanced, and generously filled, with great flavors in every bite. A solid choice when you want something quick but still satisfying.

  The staff at this Subway were amazing — super friendly and helpful. They made sure my order was perfect and even suggested a new sauce that tasted incredible. It’s always nice when employees care about customer service!
