I’m giving a 5 star because the staff who served us was truly wonderful and food was amazing. It was unfortunate to see that on Sunday evenings the management only staffs one employee to run the whole place including service counter and mobile orders. The girl who was working was truly working her ass off making great food with no breaks and a long line up of understanding but concerned customers. I asked if someone called in sick she said that no they only staff one person for Sunday evenings. It’s tough to see a service employee in this situation so, A note to management: Please have an extra staff to support the Sunday shift! I’m only giving 5 stars because watching the girl who was working there solo throw the whole business on her back for the evening, deserves 5 stars but I really hope you (management) step up and staff some help as most customers aren’t going to give 5 stars to the way this business is being run!

Wawalpreet gave us great service. She made the burrito and bowl as per our liking and the taste was good. She made good suggestions.

Have to say, the last time I was there, the food was really good. There was an issue with the staff forgetting to check the mobile order tickets, so our food wasn't even started when we arrived at the pickup time. Yesterday, I ordered ahead again and the food was ready on time but the fajita mix wasn't cooked at all, I ordered black beans and all of our food got a mix of pinto and black beans. One order I asked for no fajita mix and they still put it on there. Either it was a bad day or the service/quality is not what it used to be. Unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing meal for the 3 of us. Hopefully it will improve as it's nice to have this restaurant in Caufield Village.
