  I went into this location today at around 11:45am. There was one customer eating in the corner and no one else in the restaurant. The lady that made my sub was silent and stand off-ish. She slapped the ingredients on with no care, put lettuce and cucumber on the center of the bun and left about 2 to 2.5 inches on each side of the bun with no lettuce or cucumber, then piled on green peppers in a heap as though I'd asked for extra. After adding the mayo I said "just a little bit of salt please, I can't have pepper". I looked down at my phone to open the app while I was waiting, looked up to find her shaking salt and pepper back and forth at least two or three times- lots of it when I asked for "just a little". I gently said "oh, I asked for salt only, I can't have pepper". She looked at me like she was completely annoyed and proceeded to start picking out lettuce, kind of flicking it and wiping it, it was now mixed up with the mayo. Her gloves were a mess, mayo all over. She didn't remove the veggies, pretty much only 'some' of the lettuce that covered most of the center of the bun. She left the cheese and meat as well that you could clearly see had pepper on them, as did the edges of the bread and the mayo mess. She just started dumping more lettuce over top of the whole mess. I said sheepishly that there was clearly still a lot of pepper on the sub so she picked off two pieces of the cheese and then started adding veggies again. I said again, I'm sorry but there is still pepper on there- I can clearly see it. She silently looked at me again, annoyed. She walked over and got another bun, did not say a word, apologize etc. just made the sub again. Went to the till, rang it in and that was it. There was no thank you, goodbye, nothing. Just very rude and dismissive. I couldn't believe that she did not automatically re-make the sub when she put alot of an ingredient on it that I said I couldn't have. You can't 'pick' pepper off-what was she thinking? I took the sub back to my office to eat half of it. The shredded lettuce was aged, browning and wilted and the cucumber was partially frozen. Yuk. The experience was terrible and she could have cared less. I am not one to write Google reviews but this is the second time I've come to this location and the first time the bread was terrible, the ends were dry and chewy- crumbs everywhere when bit into. Clearly the bun was not fresh from that day. We ended up tearing off both ends of the sub (I was sharing it with my daughter) before trying to eat the rest of it that had a little bit of softness left it to. Clearly this location does not care about customer service or serving fresh subs and vegetables. The lettuce was definitely not fresh from today or even yesterday I'm sure...looked days and days old. I had to scrape it all off. I encourage the manager or owner to watch back the cameras, if they have any, and see the interaction with me. I was wearing a pink dress. Approx. 11:45am.

  Disappointing vegetable quality I stopped by this Subway location expecting a fresh sandwich, but the vegetables looked anything but fresh. The spinach, tomatoes, and other veggies appeared overfrozen and mushy, almost like goo clearly not fresh. I couldn't bring myself to add any of them, so I ended up with a sandwich without vegetables, which defeats the whole point of Subway. Please check your produce storage and rotation. I'd like to come back, but only if the vegetables actually look edible.

  I wish I could give a minus rating to the service. This was my second time at this location and I went around 6:30 pm . The girl was so rude, ignorant and silent attitude, no smile on her face no greetings just making rude faces . It was so uncomfortable, I understand if your day is not going well but still put a smile on your face and if can’t so don’t make weird faces . Manager should look after this. Terrible experience Never going back !!!!
