  By far the best Subway in Victoria !! Subs are full, fresh vegetables, and customer service is a 100% better then most high end restaurants !! Definitely worth the drive and visit !! This is what Subway used to be !!!

  I do not like making poor reviews; however, here it is: I love different cultures and love that we live in a country that embraces everyone. However when a customer walks into a store and the people (2) working behind the counter are carrying a full conversation in their language with 2-3 word breaks in English to ask what you want on your sub I found pretty rude as there was no real "customer acknowledgement" and it felt rude. I had to persistently interrupt to get them to add something to the order. After leaving, we ate our subs and hours later we were not well. I found out this morning my lil niece was up all night with food poisoning. Myself and the third person are still recovering. Won't be going back to this location.

  I came in today around 1. When I walked in, a young girl with very short blond hair walked out from the back, didn't greet me or anything. I asked politely for my my order and she just nodded. When it came to check out she was pretty much tossing my stuff on the table at me and she was just overall rude for no reason . I don't know why I gave a tip. I regret it cause she had 0 customer service and have no idea why she's employed she seemed miserable.

  I never expected I’d write a review of Subway. We were in the area and decided to grab a veggie sub. They were so kind and generous with toppings without any prompting from me. It was delicious! And the service was wonderful. Best Subway experience ever.

  Staff are amazing and very generous.
