  Honestly, i went here for first time. I didn’t find it very hygienic. The same knives were being used for both meat and veggie subs, which raises concerns about cross-contamination. The ingredients and workstations seemed mixed together at times, and the team appeared disorganized and rushed. Overall, it didn’t feel like proper food handling standards were being followed consistently.

  I visited your Subway location near RJH on May 26, 2026, around 7:10 PM, and I left feeling very disappointed. As a healthcare worker working evening shifts with limited food options, I rely on this location often. Unfortunately, the experience tonight was concerning. Many ingredient containers were almost empty, the preparation area looked unclean, and the spinach I wanted to order had pieces of multiple other ingredients mixed into it, which felt unhygienic and unpleasant. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Staff members seemed disengaged, ignored customers, and came across as if they did not want to be there. The overall atmosphere felt unfriendly and careless. I understand evening shifts can be busy and stressful, but cleanliness, food handling, and basic customer service standards are important. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers

  I work at the hospital and the two ladies who made my lunch when I visit are always super friendly and polite! Always a great experience
